This Disclaimer governs use of novaverb ("we", "us") at novaverb.com (the "Service"). Read it alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Information accuracy

novaverb pulls SEO data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, internal crawlers, and third-party AI providers. We make reasonable efforts to keep this data current and correct, but:

• Metrics displayed may lag actual production data by up to 48 hours (GSC has a built-in 1–3 day delay; GA4 has its own freshness windows).
• Domain Rating and authority scores are computed from signals available to our crawlers. They are directional estimates, not absolute rankings published by Google or any third party.
• Crawled content snapshots reflect the page state at the time of crawl. Live page content may have changed.

2. AI-generated content

Features that produce text (content briefs, rewrites, drafts, citation analysis) use third-party large-language-model APIs. These outputs:

• May contain factual errors, fabricated quotes, or non-existent citations ("hallucinations")
• Do not represent professional advice (legal, medical, financial, journalistic, etc.)
• Reflect biases present in the training data of the provider model
• Must be reviewed and fact-checked by a qualified human before publication

novaverb is not responsible for outcomes resulting from publication of AI-generated content without human review.

3. SEO recommendations

Suggestions surfaced by audit reports (fix this heading, add this internal link, change canonical, etc.) are based on widely-accepted SEO best practices and signals novaverb's crawler can observe. They are not:

• Guarantees of improved search rankings
• Statements about Google's actual ranking algorithm (which is proprietary and frequently changing)
• Substitutes for an experienced SEO professional's judgment

Implement recommendations at your own discretion. Test changes carefully on staging before pushing to production for high-value pages.

4. Third-party services

The Service integrates with Google APIs, AI providers, payment processors, and email vendors. We are not responsible for:

• Outages, errors, or data corruption at any third-party service
• Changes in third-party APIs that break novaverb integrations (we patch promptly but cannot guarantee zero-downtime transitions)
• Privacy practices of third-party services beyond what's disclosed in our Privacy Policy

5. No professional advice

Nothing in the Service or any AI-generated output constitutes legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

6. External links

The Service may link to external websites operated by third parties. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content of those sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, novaverb is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
