1. Reporting infringement
If you believe content shown or processed by Novaverb infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right, send a written notice to our contact address. To let us act quickly, please include:
- Your name, organization, and how to reach you.
- Identification of the protected work or mark, and the specific Novaverb URL or data where it appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, an agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. How we respond
We review every complete notice promptly. Where a claim is valid, we remove or disable access to the identified material and, where relevant, notify the customer who submitted it. We may request clarification before acting, and we keep a record of notices and actions.
3. Requesting removal of your site's data
If Novaverb processes public data about a site you own or control and you want it removed, contact us with proof of ownership or authority (for example, the same verification we use for connected workspaces). We honor robots directives and access controls, do not bypass logins, paywalls, or CAPTCHAs, and provide a mechanism to stop processing on request.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a good-faith statement explaining the basis for restoration. We will evaluate it fairly before deciding.
5. Repeat infringers and abuse
We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe rights or misuse the reporting process. Knowingly submitting a false notice may carry legal consequences for the sender.
6. Novaverb's own marks
Novaverb and its logos are our trademarks. Product, service, and standards names referenced across the platform (such as Google, Chrome, Lighthouse, or Safe Browsing) belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify what a check measures against; their mention does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
