1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using Novaverb websites, applications, APIs, crawlers, reports, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Novaverb on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Novaverb service
Novaverb provides search visibility, crawl analysis, site auditing, AI citation readiness, content workflow, reporting, and related operational tools. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
3. Accounts and workspace responsibility
- You must provide accurate account and workspace information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, invite links, API keys, and connected data sources.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by Novaverb's breach of these terms.
4. Domain crawling and third-party data
You must have the right to crawl, analyze, or connect data for each domain or property you add. Some actions may require domain verification, Search Console permission, explicit crawl consent, or a lower crawl limit until ownership is confirmed.
5. Customer data and outputs
You retain ownership of the websites, crawl data, Search Console data, keywords, reports, prompts, and content you submit to Novaverb. Novaverb may process that data to provide the service, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, improve product reliability, and generate requested outputs.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Novaverb to break laws, abuse third-party systems, bypass technical restrictions, scrape without rights, overload websites, distribute malware, spam users, or misrepresent evidence. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
7. Fees, plans, and cancellation
Paid features, usage limits, crawl limits, and billing terms depend on the selected plan or written order. Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or described in the Billing & Refund Policy.
8. Service availability and beta features
We work to keep Novaverb reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, infrastructure events, or third-party provider outages. Beta, preview, or invite-only features may change quickly and may not be covered by the same commitments as generally available features.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Novaverb provides analysis and recommendations, not guaranteed rankings, traffic, revenue, or legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novaverb will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.
10. Updates and contact
